Mixed Economy Companies

The least common business entity is the mixed economy company. It is distinguished from the other business structures in that it uses both private and public capital. The public sector funds may come from state, municipal, and/or provincial governments, as well as from judicial representatives in the public or state sectors. Mixed economy companies are generally established to facilitate access to public funds.
